Four weeks after the earthquake
Last night, on 7th of April, there was a big aftershock of M7.4. Onagawa nuclear power station in Miyagi and another one in Aomori lost their electric power just like Fukushima-daiichi did. Even though the sever condition didn't last long, the troubles should seriously be concerned. And the more troublesome nuclear facility, Rokkasho nuclear reprocessing plant, has lost its regular source of electricity and now is depending on generators for emergency.
It seems that nobody in power of Japan can stop the nuclear power plants or facilities, even when earthquakes occur so frequently and seismologists appeal its risk of fatal damage on Japan and the world.
Please read the abstract by a seismologist, Prof. Katsuhiko Ishibashi. The nuclear power plants on seismic gaps must be shut down as soon as possible.

Twenty-four days after the earthquake
Wind was blowing from the east this morning. I was walking with my dog, thinking radiation from Fukushima-daiichi nuclear power plant may have reached here in the western Japan where I live.
I wonder why we should depend on nuclear power even after this catastrophe. Here is a video clip explaining well why Hamaoka nuclear power plant is so dangerous and only few people know the danger: Japan nuclear debate on safety and energy
